Order Information
To Order:
Click the 'order' button which appears in the upper right-hand corner
of the product description. This item will then be added to the shopping
basket and the button will change to 'delete'; by clicking the 'delete'
button you remove the product from the shopping basket. Each following
order will also be added to the basket and the total number of objects,
as well as the total value of the order will continually be shown in the
blue horizontal bar above the product description. At any time you can
click on the 'shopping basket' and the entire contents of your order will
be available for review and eventual changes.
When you have finished your shopping and you have reviewed your order
for confirmation click the 'place order' button; you will then be asked
to supply your name, e-mail address and shipping address / personal details.
Please complete the entire form to assure order validity.
If you have ordered from us before, and your personal details have not
changed since your last order, you only have to fill out your name and
e-mail address.
Click the 'send order' button and the order will be forwarded to us.
All international orders must be pre-paid. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express credit cards and payment via PayPal.
Response:
Within 48 hours you will receive a e-mail through our secure payment system confirming the content of your order, the availability of the title(s), eventual added delivery time and shipping charges. You will have the chance to change your order if necessary or willed.
Orders from customers whose address and billing information is known to us will be informed of the status of the order and if there has been no change in payment information or order-content then the order will be processed within the next working day according to availability.
New Customers/Secure Payment Facilities:
We offer our customers a completely secure payment facility which works directly through our own server.
Customers will be asked to confirm the order by choosing one of 4 icons (Master(Euro)card, Visa, American Express or Pay-Pal) and filling in the asked for information.
In the case of credit cards we will need to know the card holders name, card number, date of expiration and the CVC number.
When you have completed filling in the required information, the information will be encrypted and transferred to us. We assure you that this information will remain strictly confidential with us.

You will receive confirmation and the order will be processed as soon as the payment has been finalized.
Prices:
All of our books and posters are priced in EUROs; One(1) Euro = approx.
1.36 US dollar - but check your local newspapers or financial partners
for the current rate of exchange.
We attempt to keep the prices shown on the site as current as possible
but due to currency fluctuation it may occur that an item will have to
be billed for a slightly different price. We shall always inform you if
there has been a substantial change in price.

Claims:
We take great care in controlling and packaging our goods and therefore we cannot be responsible for damage incurred in transit. Items containing printing or binding faults which have escaped our attention will be replaced if returned to us within 1 week of receipt.
